Why I have this book: I think Amazon recommended it to me for an inexpensive price, so I bought it. The story sounded interesting.
It didn't turn out to be as intriguing as it sounded. It just didn't get deep enough to really "feel" all the stuff that was going on. I gave it two stars on Goodreads. Honestly, it could have been so much better with just some more depth to it.
I'm writing this a bit after I read it (and backdating it), so I don't remember if there was any swearing. The story involves domestic abuse and murder.
